brasso all give their statements.  they were stopping for a bite to eat near the shoot out.  and eleted to back them up.  

they find 78 bullet holes.  the rookie was outside the car...rookie lol.   carolyn went after the suspect on foot.  bill was shoot ewww bloody....ew ew ew. 

Catherine is also an interrogator.  Brasso had used all his bullets but one. 

Grissom wonders why the dead bad guy was in the alley with no bullets.  was it suicide?

Srgt. Adams taks a moment to say goodbye to his officer he lost.  He apologized for bing or not being too rough on the rookie.  He was the best rookie he had ever trained.   He promises to talk to his wife and look after his kids.  He says he was a good cop.  The kid has a bullet in his spinal cord.  He was shoot by the police as well. 

Lots of yelling in spanish.  The lil girl translates her moomies pleadings to why her house was shot up when she has children. 

The one gun looks as if it was thrown and scraped on the ground...

and dude... he needs to shave! he does not look good with a moustache.they punch warren and a mother of a victim.  and are sue happy. 

They match the father to a set of fingerprints.  The news doesnt focus on the dead officers.  The chick police officer admits that she wasnt totally aware of everyones positions at the shoot out.  And may have shot him by mistake. 

Catherine and Ortega are pulled out and are told that they lost the other suspect.  All three shot were part of the local gang. 

Chick officer says that she was told to go help officer Davis.  She doesnt quite remember if the suspect had a gun... but she shot him cause she thought he did.  Officer Davis was on survival instinct not training. 

They listen to Davis's police calls.  They were pulling over a buick for a traffic stop when a caprice cut in and the fireing started. 

Grissom finds a hubcap off of the caprice.  Greg wants some help. 

they find a gun which was shot.  which is like one in a million chance. 

They talk to Officer Bells wife who gets in a squabble with one of the victims wife...the same one who had her other son punch warren. 

Catherine examines the Davis's vest.  Warren concludes that the victim was indeed holding a gun.  They pick up a junkie who saw the missing shooter.  The junkie stole some drugs off of the junkie and tried to score a girl off him too.  Officer Davis was shot thru in thru in his head.  by some not so friendly fire.  The call girl is picked up my police.  and they take her away as they go get the fourth suspect.  He hada nine millimeter.  He had the kid on the bikes bike.  More fire outbreaks at the motel. and the fourth suspect gets shot and killed.  Warren gets a bit bloody.

CSI: NY

Start with motocyclists racing in streets of NY.  messing with cars and what not.  A couple gets a womens body,Kia, dumped on their car while driving.  She was murdered.  She fought.  But was attacked with a knife.  She has dancer's feet.  She had a dancing note.  She had titanium in her feet?

They investigate a dead guy dumped in an alley.  He was stabbed through and through.  He has sang all over him. 

We go to the dance company and listen to some Ciara-1,2 step *dance dance*  lol.  Kia had spiked shoes.  Anyone could have put them in there.  She always played the lottery every week with the same numbers over and over.  Mac finds shavings all in Sheena's, locker.  She messed up her shoes to prove she was the best dancer.  Kia was the newbie.  But the dance guy liked her and she found that unfair. 

He was stabbed by a swordfish...

he was stabbed by the fish then the fish was sold to  a restaurant.  the dude at the restaurant was worried that he would get bad PR. they are loooking  at the fish. found a fiber in the gill. 

the tran operator died from whiplash of the brain. the girl had a bad audition.

Vincent killed Harold.  Kia was there and witnessed the murder so Vincent killed him.  They traced him by odour screen which turns bad smells into good.  Which was being used by the Garbage men.  Harolds wife, who he was beating, didnt even cry at his death.

The mystery fiber is from the new 2006 something or another car.  Richards.  The restaruant owner.  He killed Fred about money.  His son wasnt excepted to that prissy school.  He had even donated a 100000 sand box to it.  He was ticked that Freds son got in.  Richard helped Fred's kid get in.  According to Richard Fred was middle class so therefore his child was not worthy of being in that school. 

We go back to his wife.  She has a black eye.  The bruise on her eye is black.  Bruises are never black.  its makeup.  She trickd her brother, Vincent, to kill Harold so she could have his pension money. 

They like the new girl.  Mac says she fits in well. 

CSI:Miami

start with a hollaback girl remix...pretty cool. 

Girls in a car changing to get ready for a party.  they were going out to a party to drink...stupid teenagers.  They were in the car and got shot off the road and into the ocean/river/thing....Lisa was the passenger.  She was found a while later and they find another women.  stabbed with a big knife.  horatio knows her.  Rachel is her name.  Horatio saw her 2 days ago.  He is their prime suspect. 

Horatio doesnt know anyone who would want to hurt her.  Horatio has a solid alibi for last nite since he was with the police chief lol.  he hands in his badge and becomes a private citizen.  Horatio and Rachel were on a date a couple of days ago...she tried to defend herself.  But she died slowly.  At Rachels apartment the door was not forced the security system was off and signs of a struggle.  they find one wine glass and blood.  but not enough for the amount she had lost. 

They take apart the two girls car and inspect the tires.  Some used a spike strip to run the girls off the road so that the police would find Rachel.  Someone is after Horatio.  Horatio's blood was found at the scene.  Frank asks where Jennifer is.  Jennifer was a little girl back in one of Horatios NY cases.  Horatio says shes safe from harm.  and he doesnt know how to explain the blood.  Jennifer is with her family and happy. 

The spike strip was gone.  They have some fiscal troubles.  They find the skid marks of the girls car and marks of another bigger vehicle.  They find a black rock?  The wheels match the size of the department hummers...They find EDTA? in his blood which is found in stored blood. 

Ahh some nasty flash backs of an accident...?  He was injured in NY.  He was stabbed badly 10 yrs ago in his last case up there.  Walter Resdin was the one.  and now hes after Horatio. 

The gravel was coated with tarmac.  Air planes have them.  And they had a Humvee rented recently.  Paid in cash up front.  They GPS it and find it in the gables. 

Resdin is after her and Horatio needs to get Jennifer out of there.  He promises her that she will be safe. 

They go back over the physical file of the NY case.  They find that the file is too clean.  They find EU embalming solution on it.  Some guy in the department had touched it.  Philips told him to drop it off for Horatio.  And Philips has lost his his ID tags.  They find red fiber in the car.  The fiber is red, blue and cyan. ooo spiffy.  it is carpet thread from a business in Buffalo.  They had a local Miami business use it just down the block.  Horatio goes to that business and snoops around...ahhhhh then walter sneaks up on him... and Horatio punches him.  But Walter cant kill him cause hes the suspect.  Walter runs out and leaves Horatio at a very bloody crime scene.  Then Rick decides to pin it all on him.  He arrests Horatio.  Ther was a trash chute that Resdin shimmied down.  They find the murder weapon with a bloody print.  Horatio has Cali process the blood from Resdin on his hands.  ...its rather odd...  They examine the garbage chute for evidence.  They find a chip sorta thing. 

ooooo Delco buys drugs...oooooooo  ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo im telling...

They find glycerin on the the knife that had a forged Horatio print from his missing wine glass.  Horatio gets released and gets his badge back.  

Resdin goes after cali in the parking lot.  He runs away.  His partner up in NY was having an afair with Jennifers mother before she was murdered.  Thats why he takes care of her.  They find another murder typical of his old ones.  He was under the cover of wiring smart homes.  He always killed the parents and locked the kids in the closet. 

They sneak up on Resdins home.  And Resdin.  haha gotcha.  Resdin claims he didnt kill the Wilsons.  Said Horatios old partner was the murderer of the Wilsons.  So Horatio quit and went down to Miami instead of ratting out his old partner.  Haha got Resdin on the Orlando killing. 

Resdin gets released ... what the hey...thats wrong...so wrong. 

CSI:New York

I missed the beginning beginning so Mike says:2 dead dudes...one in park with no head. 

We come back to the sight of a severed head. 

A 10yr old, James, dead from smoke annihilation.  Died in the fire in his home.  Something is wrong...he shoulda had time to escape.

They have dead guy,Jared, who had his hands surgically enhanced.  So that they were harder.  Find a splinter that was the murder weapon.  Spills on his clothes place him at a restaurant.  He worked for America Pacific Worldwide.

James mom was upset about her home and blames herself from leaving him home alone...  She leaves in hysterics.  To go to her boyfriend, Lena's Dad. 

They find blood on a food stand downtown food festival.  Jared stumbled on various booths.  They find a billiards place and the wood that was in his heart is from a pool cue.  She says two men were doing Matrix moves all over the place with the pool cues...They find foot prints on the ceiling?

Jared had an email that was a private company email that would expose the business.  The Paul, the ceo, had an impressive collection of various Asian killing weapons. 

The fire with James was started in the outlet and had potatoe chip grease in it.

Greg's house is very modern and clean.  The fight he was in started there and progressed down to the pool hall.  They find a card from the World Western something...

They go through James's stuff.  James was a chess buff.  He was playing chess when the smoke started killing him. 

Paul's katana looks like the decapitation method.  Paul APW said all of them trained together.  Jared didnt use weapons he used yoga.  And somehow everyone in this show knows the Asian customs...

James mother says he had friends and there was no reason for anyone to start the fire.  She cries some more...the boyfriend helps her out. 

Lisa Kay was next in line under Greg and Jared. 

They find the kid who James beat at chess.  He was the reigning champ til James beat him in 15 moves.  So he wanted a rematch and had taken his board over to James's apartment. 

Jared was lured to the park.  Greg was up in a tree.  And swung down and cut Jareds head off with out it even coming off...man .... scary....

James was playing Lena online.  She had blood on her laptop.   They also can replay their chess game online. 

Greg had to be killed by another skilled APW officer.  They suspect Paul from the shoe print on the ceiling of the pool hall.  They find a red paint chip on his carpet.  He is compressing pain by mind control.  Paul got mad at Greg for killing Jared.  Greg had fabricated the memo that Jared was upset over. 

 Lenas father, the boyfriend, was the one who set the fire.  He had to eat cause he was anxious about selling the fire.  He found his daughter at home playing with James on line.  He then realized James was at home.  And tried to help him but he was too late.  He thought if his mother had no where to stay she would finally move in with him. 

find a guy with a bloody head panicking in a closed space.  He had a lighter.  They find him later in the garden.  Hermando (ok i cant spell)  was a pool boy.  mr. seaborne is being all iffy about his guests being upset about the police cars.  Hermando had a key to the pent house. 

Alex yells at them to leave and quit taking pics.  Wolfe says he didnt leak this stuff to the press by Erica.  And that shes not his girlfriend that shes just pretty? oook right.  The cheif sends for Horatio.  They need Horatio to make a statement about an old case thats up for parol.  But really he wants to know how his team is functioning.  How one is a leak, one has monatary trouble and one quit the job she was trained for.  Tells him to make sure his team looks good cause they are under investigating. 

They go up to the Penthouse and find the three middle aged women yaking about Hermando and how he oiled them o.0 yeah ooook.  weird women.  They are on a "wives weekend".  And they wont admit to giving him a key.  They find blood in the living room.  And the three of them are all squabbling like a bunch of toodlers.  Cali finds blood on the ceiling of the bathroom but not on the floor so some one cleaned.  They used all the bathroom towels.  Cali finds the bloody towels...ew. ew. ew.  Cali goes and talks to Nolan the hair is dark.  They find Beths hair on the bloody towel rack.  She admits to going to take a whoer and Hermando had followed her to give her a book and Hermando took advantage shall we say and she wasnt exactly unwilling tho she breaks the no sex rule of "wives weekend"...umm...yeah they have some difficulties o.0  and he insults her and they fight and she manages to kill him?  yeah sooo not self defense.  So she admits to killing him with the towel rack handle.  But thats not good enough for Eric. 

Eric has pot paper rolls in his case....now if they arnt his or not...

oh my they are going back and forth and confusing meeeeee. ahhhh.  

Eric works on Felicia's wroom and they find blood in there and she was ...yeah breaking the rule of the "wives weekend" again.  Felicia tries to get away asap calls her husband and everything. 

Wolfe is seen paying his media ungirlfriend. 

Felicia admits to seducing Hermando.  She had found Hermando in her room icing his head.  and um yeah...ahh lots of unpleasantries...and he hit his head.  She didnt think he hurt himself that badly.  So she left him there in her bed? 

Eric believes that he died with believe Felicia killed Hermando by not calling an ambulance for him. 

But then Wolfe comes in and disagrees yet again.  He took the other room.  And he expanded the crime scene into the hallway.  And into the stairwell.  He thinks Hermando went over the stairwell railing.  They find a contact lens by the railing.  And some lettering.  Erica comes by to talk to Wolfe and she wanted money for Wolf braking her recorder.  The lettering said "PRADA" which is taken back to mr. Seaborne.  Who was called by someone in the pent house to take a body away.  He cleaned the blood up.  And he heard Hermando fall.  So he put him in his trunk...and Hermando came to.  He let Hermando go.  And he walked away.  He tried to bribe him to let him go with a ring.  A ring belonging to Yvette.  She looks suprised.  And she was missing a contact...Hermando and Yvette..."hung out" at his place.  He stole her ring.  She tried to get it back.  They struggled and he fell.  She ran when she heard Seaborne come.  But she wasnt the one to call Seaborne.   

He died from a broken neck.  And it wasnt by his fall or his beating or his head bump. 

He was with Beth before Felicia and then Yvette.  So all three "killed" him but noen actually did.  Hermando had lint cotton fibers and detergent.  Which meant he was killed in the laundry room.  A man killed him by snapping his neck.  They found Felicia's husbands handprint and he was the one to kill him.  He was spying on her.  Or maybe he wasn't....haha he was there for his oooown reasons...yeah.  Hahahahaha.  Their marriage is gooone.  Beth and Mr. Hardy were fooling around behind Felicia's back.  They arnt very good friends...at all. 

very strange...ok yeah. didnt like this one...not one bit. confusing ... and no one explained the pot rolls in his case...
